Situated in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, close to the centre of Italy yet only half an hour from Perugia airport..

Casella sleeps 6 - 10 people very comfortably and is available for an introductory offer rate having been let to friends and family over the last two years.

A traditionally restored farmhouse, the property has 3 double bedrooms ,one en-suite, 2 other double sofa beds, and 2 other showers, a large kitchen/dining room and a large sitting room with wood burning stove. Although not usually required the house has full central heating.

Loungers , sun shades and all linen including pool towels are provided.

The mediaeval town of Montone is situated on a hill above the house and is a 15 minute walk away. The town has a hotel, 2 restaurants, 2 butchers a baker and a greengrocer. Supermarket supplies and other shops can be found in Umbertide about 20 minutes drive away.

The infinity pool is for the sole use of the guests to Casella. Barbeque, patio and pergola's are located in the private garden and are ideal for enjoying the Italain weather while dining al fresco.
